Here at Bamboo Grove nursery we grow a selection of the world's most beautiful bamboo plants that are suitable for Melbourne's diverse weather conditions. Although Australia is host to a vast range of bamboo not all species are suitable for Victoria.
From the popular screening Gracilis bamboo to the shade loving Himalayan weeper and exotic palm like Ghost bamboo, we have a large selection of non-invasive (clumping) bamboo plants from which to choose, we also have black bamboo which is best grown in pots.
As growers, we subject our bamboo plants to real world conditions - cold frosty nights of winter, the scorching heat of summer and the prevailing winds of all seasons. They have not come straight from a protected poly house or warmer climate, so therefore will have no trouble adjusting to your growing conditions.
Our bamboo plants are lush and healthy, great value for money and available in various sizes to suit your budget.
